I have found no chips or cracks. The building stands approx. 71/2 inches tall x 8 1/2 inches long x 5 1/2 inches wide. The light cord adapter is included along with the flag for the roof. The detail is great, it will stand out in your village display. 56 collector and has been stored in a smoke free home. The the paper sleeve shows some wear on the edges from age and storage.
