56 Christmas In The City Series #4025248. A Family Holiday Tradition. It is in mint condition. I opened the sealed box to examine and take pictures. I have found no chips or cracks. 2 1/2 inches high x 2 1/2 inches long x 1 1/2 inches wide. It is a very scarce piece. It is a great piece, that would look great in your village display.
