Dept 56 Christmas in the City Jamison Art Center #59261 Box & Light No Sign 2006 Collector’s Edition. Piece is in excellent condition – no damage. The sign “insert” for the side wall is missing. Includes light cord and original box and foam. Box (paper sleeve) has some wear but is in overall very good condition.
