Hi, thank you for seeing this item. From the Christmas in the City Lighted Items Series. Was released in 2003 as part of the Christmas in the City Lighted Items series from the Department 56 collection. This piece was retired in 2006. Includes delicatessen, art gallery, wine cellar, and flower shop. Courtyard on the left with archway entrance. Mint condition piece in original box & sleeve. Item is brand new. Slipcover is bit dented and 1 corner is damaged. Please refer to photos and video. We do our best to capture the item with its condition. If the item comes with box, I will include the box in the photos. There are many items are brand new but the box might be dented due to amateur storage, I hope you accept it with consideration. If we stage the item is USED. It may have scratches, marks.. That cant appear clearly in the photos, we will try to notice you in description. Very hard to find – sought after piece. This listing includes the Majestic Theatre (The Nutcracker Ballet). Comes in original box/styrofoam (box/styrofoam show wear/minor tears – see photos). When looking closely there does appear to be visible glue around the small left front tree – the store did not disclose any repairs however I question if this area was repaired at some point. Please review all photos carefully.
