This is a 1999 Dept. 56 Christmas in the City building NOS. It is mint in the box. It is 8 3/4 inches tall and 5 inches wide. It’s NOS sealed. These all come from a estate sale we acquired and they are all either sealed or in mint condition. Please review all photos and feel free to ask any questions. 56 Christmas In The City “Garden Of Santorini “. It is in very good displayed condition. I have found no chips or cracks. It was well cared for. The restaurant stands approx. 9 inches tall x 4 inches long x 3 1/4 inches wide. The light cord and sign is included. The detail is great it would be a great addition to your village display. Every village could use a Greek restaurant. 56 collector and has been stored in a smoke free home. It comes in it’s original Styrofoam box the paper sleeve shows some wear from age and storage.
