56 Christmas In The City Series #4025252. Pennies For The Penny Press. It is in excellent condition. I have found no chips or cracks. 2 1/2 inches high x 2 inches long x 1 1/2 inches wide. It is a very scarce piece. It is a great piece, that would look great in your village display. Please check out the pictures! It has been stored in a smoke free home. The paper sleeve is clean. Check out my other auctions for more Dept. 56 and other items! Residents are charged Pa. I will do all I can to resolve any issue. I try to give a very accurate description but sometimes I miss or forget to mention something but never intentionally.

PLEASE NOTE that the outer is in rough condition, and is being held together with tape. IN ADDITION, although it does come with the side of the building hanging light, it does sit a little loose in the hole. Comes with light cord, and appears to be free of any chips.

The two flags and pole are loose but included and could easily be glued on. Other than that, it’s in excellent condition. No chips or cracks. Lights included and has been tested and works.
