Department 56 Christmas in the City Cathedral of Saint Paul. There is a moveable bell inside the church tower. Introduced December 2001 Retired December 2005 Everything looks to be in good shape. Box has some damage from storage. I’ve reviewed all items for flaws and done my best to note them. Items are in a smoke-free, pet-free home and if they are not new with tags they have been washed. New with tags may have a few stray pet hairs on them from the homes they come from. Thank you for purchasing from me!

This Department 56 Christmas in the City Ferrara Bakery & Cafe is a wonderful addition to your Christmas village collection. The cafe features an illuminated design – I did not unpack the piece to demonstrate but you can see from the photo that the light works. You will receive the exact item in the photos which is the Christmas in the City Series Woolworth’s store in the original box and packaging. Power cord and lightbulb are included and in working condition as you can see in the photo(s). Outer packaging shows appropriate signs of wear but is entirely intact. Dept. 56 Christmas In The City 2011 City Park Carriage House #4023614
56 Christmas In The City Series #4023514 “City Park Carriage House “. It is in excellent condition. I have found no chips or cracks. It is a three piece set. The building measures 8 inches high x 6 1/2 inches long x 7 inches wide. It comes with it’s light cord and sign for building. Also included is the man with the carriage horse and sign for carriage rides. Please check out the pictures! It has been stored in a smoke free home. The paper sleeve is clean it does have some light wear from storage. Check out my other auctions for more great Dept. 56 and other items! Residents are charged Pa. I will do all I can to resolve any issue. I try to give a very accurate description but sometime I miss or forget to mention something but never intentionally.
