Department Dept 56 “Christmas in the City” Flatiron Building Retired 2006. It does not come with original box or any department 56 brochure or booklet. You only get the building as shown with light. I do not see any damage or flaws. Light works as shown. Please look at the photos and read the listing. What you see is what you get. If it’s not shown in the photos or described in the listing, then that item is not included. No damage, but item is pre-owned, and may have signs of use. This is to be expected. 56 Christmas In The City Retired #56.59260 Flatiron Building. The building stands 14 inches high x 9 1/2 inches long x 5 inches at it’s widest. It has been displayed and is in very good condition. The paint is in good condition, there are no chips or cracks. It was retired in 2010. It is a great replica of one of the world’s most iconic skyscraper buildings and a quintessential symbol of New York City. The paper sleeve is clean. The detail is really nice, check out the pictures. Also included is Christmas garland to decorate the building that had never been used. For sale is a Department 56 Flatiron Building from the “Christmas in the City” series. This is the retired No. 56.59260, manufactured in 2006. The 14 tall porcelain building is in wonderful condition and comes with the double light fixture (working) and the statue fixture you affix to the top of the building. The styro packaging and sleeve are in good condition; I see a couple of tiny tears on the cardboard sleeve. I want both us to come out winners here.
