I bought this from a very large sale of department 56 items it was marked as new never displayed the Styrofoam and outer sleeve do show storage wear but all pieces inside do seem to be new never displayed it is coming from a smoke free house.

56 Christmas In The City “Garden Of Santorini “. It is in very good displayed condition. I have found no chips or cracks. It was well cared for. The restaurant stands approx. 9 inches tall x 4 inches long x 3 1/4 inches wide. The light cord and sign is included. The detail is great it would be a great addition to your village display. Every village could use a Greek restaurant. 56 collector and has been stored in a smoke free home. It comes in it’s original Styrofoam box the paper sleeve shows some wear from age and storage.
