This was a special release commemorating the 25th Anniversary of Department 56. Includes original wiring and bulbs. 11 1/4 inches high, 11 inches long, and 8 inches wide. In Very good used working condition The cross on the front of the Church has been repaired (see Pics). This is the Patina version of the. It was retired in 2005. Does not include the original box.

This product is a replica of the Empire State Building from the Historical Landmark Series by Department 56. It is made of mixed materials and features multicolor illumination. The building is 24.25 inches tall, 8.5 inches long, and 5.75 inches wide. It was manufactured in 2000 and is part of a collection of historical landmarks from early 20th century New York City. The item was retired in 2005 and comes in original box. Box has some tears – the flags are still in the bag as shown in the picture above. Was used for display for a brief time in store display. Collectible Vintage Christmas Decor. Empire State Building; Historical Landmarks Series, Christmas in the City, will make a great addition to your Released in 2003, this item is now retired as of 2005 -no longer in production. Removed from box and inspected.

Dept 56 Cathedral of St. Paul Patina Dome Edition #58930 Historical Christmas in the City Series. The box has some damage (rips, slight water damage) but the cathedral is in like new condition. No chips or cracks. I’m bit sure if the bulbs are original or not, but they do have some scratches in the coating. Comes with the safety and information booklets shown. This thing is beautifully detailed. The pictures do not do it one bit of justice.
