Department 56 “DeFazio’s Pizzeria” from their Christmas in the City collection. Introduced in 2002, retired 2004. Never been set up, original plastic still on house as well as the meat hanging from the pizzeria. Accessory people included as well.

WHAT YOU SEE PICTURED IS WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE. NIB HAVE BEEN OPENED TO INSPECT CONDITION. I HAVE OVER 2500 PCS OF DEPT 56 SO CHECK BACK OFTEN FOR MORE LISTINGS. SOME OF MY BUILDINGS NO LONGER HAVE INDIVIDUAL LIGHTS BECAUSE I WENT TO MULTI LIGHT STRANDS. DOESN’T MEAN THERE IS ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE BUILDING. THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN MY ITEMS. USED ITEMS: An item that has been used previously may have some signs of cosmetic wear but is fully operation (unless noted otherwise) and functions as intended. Because of some recent switching of my items and returning damaged items that were not mine; I have been forced to mark my items. It is sad that it has come to this. From a local estate where the former owner had rooms of Dept. 56 houses and accessories. Defazio’s Pizzeria comes in the original box and I can’t tell if it was ever displayed, may just have been stored. Bottom of the styrofoam has some brown spots and the box shows minor storage wear.

Christmas In The City – #68949 – DeFazio’s Pizzeria 2 piece set is in excellent condition with no cracks or chips that I can see, has original box, sleeve and lighting cord, box shows some wear from age and shelf storage. Perfect addition to your Village collection or as a gift to get someone started. Please look at all pictures for condition and or any flaws as I will point them out in a picture if there are any.
