Dept 56 Empire State Building # 56.59207. Christmas trash cans # 5209-4. All the light up to top work but only red light on top will come on (as shown). Boxes are slightly damaged (as shown). We will check to make sure you get the best pricing. For the best rate please wait for an invoice. (Though if there are several days in between items you might give us a shout). As we have all manner and sizes of goods, the systems preset rules dont work well. Pictures, descriptions, measurements, etc. Are done to the best of our ability to properly represent the product. All items are guaranteed to be as advertised. Stuff happens and we will do our best to make things right. If damage occurs, please take pictures of the item and/or the box. We do aim to please. Dept 56 Christmas in the City Village EMPIRE STATE BUILDING. This is the empire state building for the Department 56 collection. The building top lights up and changes color by the press of a button (see attached photos). Building appears in very good condition. Does not come with flags. The box is worn (see attached photos). The spotlights on the sides of the building work as well. Box is included but has wear and some tears. Introduced 2003 and retired in December 2005. It features several holiday lighting effects, including blueish/white, green and red colors in detachable top section that operate each color on or off on a 4 position pushbutton switch. There are 2 large white interior building bulbs and 8 yellow spotlights located around the top part of the building and shine up to illuminate the exterior. Top needle still has both pegs (see attached photo). These have been known to break off with wear. MINT Department 56 Empire State Building #59207 Christmas in City Series

We received this as a Christmas gift in 2004, moved and never had room again to display it, so after 17 or so years its time to say goodbye to this wonderful piece. The box has seen better days, with some tearing and bending, but there are no flaws whatsoever otherwise. All original internal and external lights work perfectly, including the red white and green colors up top (see pictures for details), though since they original you may might consider some new bulbs to plug in to ensure desired brightness. All 4 flags are included! Willing to use whatever carrier you prefer, however. Please let me know if you have any questions. Dept 56 Christmas in the City Village EMPIRE STATE BUILDING. This is the empire state building for the Department 56 collection. The building top lights up and changes color by the press of a button. Tested the top of the tower and it does change color. Blue light appears to be lighter than the green or red colors. Building appears in good condition. Only comes with three flags. (Believe it originally had four). The box is worn on the edges. Lights on the sides of the building work as well. The tower is large, about two feet tall. It is rumored to be the tallest building made by Department 56 but has not been confirmed. Box is included but has wear and some tears. Introduced 2003 and retired in December 2005. It features several holiday lighting effects, including blueish/white, green and red colors in detachable top section that operate each color on or off on a 4 position pushbutton switch. Dept 56 EMPIRE STATE BUILDING 2003. All three LED colors work and cycle properly with the push button switch. There are two inner bulbs the illuminate the lower and upper half of the building. The upper bulb has Burt out and been removed. No cracks, breaks, or chips. Minor wear shown from storage and display but nothing significant. Does not include original box. This is a great piece! It is in very good condition without any flaws, chips or cracks and comes with all the accessories. Removable spire changes color with a push of button from white to red to green, The spire is in perfect shape with no broken prongs. I have 2 flags. Unfortunately, there is no original box.
