I bought this building from a Department 56 dealer not long ago. It is in MINT like new condition. Gain in value as time goes on. The light cord is still in plastic and so is the building. The box has just minimum corner/edge shelf wear, so is in good shape. This building is a must have for any Christmas in the city collector. 56 items that I planned to build and display this Christmas. Many are brand new and never displayed. I look over each item I sell very carefully and make sure my used items are cleaned and look as good as new. If there is an issue with an item, it will be mentioned in the descriptions with a photo of it. I pack very well, so damage is extremely rare. This is the retired Limited Edition hand-numbered Jamison Art Center set from the Department 56 (Dept 56) Christmas in the City Series. It’s a 2006 release in the lighted buildings line, item No. 59261, and is new and mint. This piece is No. 4,750 of 9,000 in the Limited Edition run. The building has only been removed from the box once, to take a picture of the number on the bottom. The building is still wrapped in its plastic bag inside the hard foam protective padding. All of the pieces, including the artist studio sign and the light cord, are present and intact. The display box is in very nice condition, with small creases at the corners and the original price tag on the side. See the pictures for condition details. All of my action figures, Lego sets, Playmobil sets, Fisher Price, My Little Pony items, Department 56, and other vintage odds and ends come from my personal collection. This is the retired St. Thomas Cathedral set from the Department 56 (Dept 56) Christmas in the City Series. It’s a 2019 release in the lighted buildings line, item No. 6003054, and is a new mint in box (MIB) set that is still factory sealed with tape around the foam case and a bag around the outer box as well. Styrofoam and sleeves show minimal shelf wear. “A Little Irish Jig” is the coordinating accessory to Murphy’s. It is very hard to find. Both items would make great additions to any village.
