I bought this building from a Department 56 dealer not long ago. It is in MINT like new condition. Gain in value as time goes on. The light cord is still in plastic and so is the building. The box has just minimum corner/edge shelf wear, so is in good shape. This building is a must have for any Christmas in the city collector. 56 items that I planned to build and display this Christmas. Many are brand new and never displayed. I look over each item I sell very carefully and make sure my used items are cleaned and look as good as new. If there is an issue with an item, it will be mentioned in the descriptions with a photo of it. I pack very well, so damage is extremely rare.
