It has been displayed and is in good working condition. The paint is in good condition, I found no chips or cracks. The ball lights up and does move up and down. Also included is the couple sharing a New Year’s kiss. There is also a container of confetti. There are numbers from 0 to 9 to change the year but only the last number comes off that is the way Dept.
