Dept 56 Christmas in the City Series “Empire State Building” 59207 2003 EUC. Some yellowing of the cord. I was not able to get the 2 white bulbs to turn on, but was able to get the led lights at the top to turn on. The leds colors all work. My guess is the 2 white bulbs need to be replaced but unsure.
