Department 56 Christmas in the City THE PRESCOTT HOTEL. They have been maintained, not as a collection, but for display each year and have been maintained in their styrofoam box with the cardboard sleeve. The building itself is in perfect condition (in my opinion, not being an expert, but there are no dings, scratches or other imperfections) and the cardboard sleeve as you can see has some signs of wear, having been kept in a sealed bin along with the rest of the collection. I have not noticed any imperfections at all in this building and it is in working condition. The car that is pictured is missing, so we are substituting the car shown, without the original box.
