The rowhouse measures approx. 9 inches high x 10 inches long x 6 1/2 inches wide. It has been displayed and it was well cared for. All the little fence sections are there. The detail is great. The light cord is included. It is a great piece for your Christmas In The City display. 56 collector and it has been stored in a smoke free home.
