This is a four-story classic townhouse with balconies and wrought iron fence with a gate. The building measures 4.5″ x 4″ x 10.75. It comes in its original styrofoam box and Dept. 56 sleeve which does show a little wear and tear. Also, the original light cord is enclosed as well.
