The building measures Approx. 8 inches high x 6 1/2 inches long x 6 1/2 inches wide. The man with the horse stands 3 1/2 inches high. The carriage ride sign is 2 3/4 inches high. It would be a great addition to your village display. 56 collector and has been stored in a smoke free home. The paper sleeve is clean with some wear on the edges from age and storage.
