The DEPT 56 “Christmas in the City” CITY PARK CARRIAGE HOUSE set of 3 is a porcelain collectible from the 21st century. Manufactured in 2011, this limited edition piece is part of the Christmas in the City collection by Department 56. The multicolor American-style village house features a painted finish and comes in its original packaging. Perfect for Christmas enthusiasts, this set captures the essence of festive holiday scenes in a charming and intricately detailed design. This is a brand-new NRFB collector piece. The piece has never been removed from the box. I’ve had experience, as well as many of experienced collectors, in the past of taking a piece out of the Styrofoam and it was in there so tight that the Styrofoam either cracked or broke off.
