56 Christmas In The City Series #4020175 “Maxwell’s Blues Hall “. It is in very good displayed condition. I have found no chips or cracks. The building measures 9 inches high x 7 inches long x 5 1/2 inches wide. It comes with it’s light cord and sign. The detail is great. It will stand out in your Christmas In the City village display. Hotel is in excellent pre-owned condition. Original box and original styrofoam packing shows some shelf wear (scraps, wrinkles and scuffs). READ: the power cord has the required aux connection to ensure the star is illuminated however, the cord has been melted by a nearby candle (oops) – cord and light works as it should. Department 56 Christmas in the City Cathedral of Saint Paul. There is a moveable bell inside the church tower. Introduced December 2001 Retired December 2005 Everything looks to be in good shape. Box has some damage from storage. I’ve reviewed all items for flaws and done my best to note them. Items are in a smoke-free, pet-free home and if they are not new with tags they have been washed. New with tags may have a few stray pet hairs on them from the homes they come from. Thank you for purchasing from me!
