Hotel is in excellent pre-owned condition. Original box and original styrofoam packing shows some shelf wear (scraps, wrinkles and scuffs). READ: the power cord has the required aux connection to ensure the star is illuminated however, the cord has been melted by a nearby candle (oops) – cord and light works as it should. 56 Christmas In The City “Caffe’ Tazio ” #56.59253. It is in very good displayed condition. It comes with anywhere lighting. I have found no chips or cracks. The previous owner broke the back lamp over the door in the back of the building, he told me when he was putting it away for the season and forgot about it. He bought a silver replacement one that looks great with it. The broken one is included, if you have a steady hand you could repair it. A regular light cord collar is included but a light cord is NOT, Dept. 56 didn’t include one with it. The detail is great. It measures 9 inches high x 5 1/2 inches long x 4 1/2 inches wide. It is a great for display in your village. Every village needs a coffee shop. It has been stored in a smoke free home. The sleeve is clean. Check out my other auctions for more great Dept. 56 and other items. Pa residents are charged 6 % Pa. I will do all I can to resolve any issue as I may have missed something in my description but never intentionally.

Guard rails are broken off and so is a round pendant. All guard rails pieces I have and pendant part are in a bag to glue back on. Was new until dropped. In original box and styrofoam. Parts can be glued back on.
