Dept 56 Parkside Holiday Brownstone #58937 Complete and Works
Building is complete with dog and boy figurine, lighted tree, roof top tree, bag of snow and front light. The lit tree will either need two batteries or an adapter to work. I tested it with both and it lit up brightly. You will need to provide your own power source. Really nice building take a look at the photos. The photos are from the exact item you will receive.

Beautiful and rare Department 56 Christmas in the City The Flamingo Club. This building was displayed on our holiday village, and does not have the original box or light cord. Shows minor wear but otherwise in excellent condition. This building was introduced and retired in 2011.
