The house is complete. Comes with original box, sleeve, new old stock light cord as well. I noticed no chips aside from possibly a paint imperfection inside the house. See the close up of inside the window where the piano hangs. Nothing can touch that spot from the outside so I imagine it was done when made. This is by far the best example I’ve seen in a while. The Dept 56 Christmas in The City The Times Tower Special Edition Gift Set is perfect for New Year’s celebrations. Made of porcelain and ceramic, this collectible was a limited edition and is retired. I’ve already inserted “2027” for the 2027 new year. Additional snap-on numbers are included for future celebrations. It’s easy to change the year. With the push of a button, the sparkling Ball atop The Times Tower illuminates and begins its descent. It takes about 6 seconds for the ball to descind. After the ball drops, after about 11 seconds, the ball will ascend automatically. This set Includes: “The Times Tower” Porcelain Lighted Building, with 2 light bulbs; The New Year’s Kiss Porcelain Accessory; 1 Small Container of Confetti; additional snap-on numbers for future celebrations. The Tower to the top of the ball measures 18.5 high. The woman in the “New Year’s Kiss Porcelain Accessory”, has lost her ankle/shoe.

Building is complete with dog and boy figurine, lighted tree, roof top tree, bag of snow and front light. The lit tree will either need two batteries or an adapter to work. I tested it with both and it lit up brightly. You will need to provide your own power source. Really nice building take a look at the photos. The photos are from the exact item you will receive.
