Dept 56 Cathedral of St. Nicholas Christmas in the City – Illuminated Boxed 2006 This item has one very minor flaw – there is a broken tip off of one of the top decorative railing tips on back of the building. It is the closest tip to the building on the very end which makes it very unnoticeable. Other than that, this piece is in excellent condition with no flaws. Comes with original packaging.
