Dept 56 Cathedral of St. Nicholas Christmas in the City – Illuminated Boxed 2006 This item has one very minor flaw – there is a broken tip off of one of the top decorative railing tips on back of the building. It is the closest tip to the building on the very end which makes it very unnoticeable. Other than that, this piece is in excellent condition with no flaws. Comes with original packaging. This piece plus many, many more new’retired’ Department 56 pieces were donated to assist our Veterans. Box may show shelf wear. For Veteran families in need we supply clothing, furniture, kitchen items and just about anything else we have on hand. We donate dollars to local non-profit food banks. Vehicles, motor homes, campers & 5th wheels donated- when we can afford, we repair and donate to a Veteran in need of transportation or housing. And do so much more.

Up for sale is a Dept 56 Christmas in the City series, Cathedral of St. Nicholas, 30th Anniversary Special Edition, #59248. This cathedral was only issued in 2005 / 2006. It is overall excellent condition in the original box with the original light cord. Note – the fencing on the top of the roof has been repaired although it is difficult to detect – see last photo. Department 56, Christmas in the City, Cathedral of St. Nicholas Limited Edition with box in pre-owned condition. No chips or cracks. The tip of the steeple does come off for packing.
