The DEPT 56 “Christmas In The City” Oxford Shoes is a brand new collectible piece from Department 56. This porcelain building features a festive multicolor design and depicts a part of city life during the mid 20th century. Part of the Christmas in the City collection, this retired piece comes in its original box and is perfect for any room during the holiday season. Made in China in 2013, this painted piece adds a touch of seasonal charm to any Christmas display. This is a brand-new NRFB collector piece. The piece has never been removed from the box. I’ve had experience, as well as many of experienced collectors, in the past of taking a piece out of the Styrofoam and it was in there so tight that the Styrofoam either cracked or broke off.
