The box states the Ferry can be personalized, not sure how that is done because only what is shown is included. The slip cover or box does have some wear and tear. Introduced in 2003 and retired in 2004 as part of the Christmas in the City series, this beautifully hand-painted piece captures a vintage brick-facade storefront complete with a customer and a salesman, or possibly the service manager.
