56 Union Station #805532 is previously owned, but displayed just a handful of times. All original items are included lighting cord, manuals, etc. , but there is significant shelf wear to the sleeve (large creases, worn edges, stains; see photos). Note that there is some brown staining on the sleeve and styrofoam, but no discoloration of the building itself. Item is part of a hand-numbered limited edition Collector’s Edition and is numbered 1927 of 7000. Its lighting and animated turnstile feature are in perfect working condition. There is one area of notable damage, however. The lady walking her dog on the turnstile has broken off from the base at her ankles. She is still attached to her dog via its leash and can presumably be reattached using crazy glue or other adhesive. Warning: to prevent further damage, I recommend you reattach the figurine prior to turning on the turnstile feature so it doesn’t get caught in the turn (or at least closely monitor the figurine’s rotation). Otherwise, no other damage cracks, markings, etc. Is observed and building is in otherwise like new condition. Item is quite heavy and will be packed safely and accordingly. Dept 56 Village Animated Rockefeller Plaza Skating Rink with Original Box, Set of Three, item #56-52504. Lays 12 different tunes, Christmas Tree lights up, includes 18 Flags, 2 Skaters, and set of new pads. It measures 12 1/2″ tall with a 12 1/4″ 11 3/4 base and is in nice clean condition, nothing broken or worn. (Note) the motor does work and operates but could not get the skaters to move, may need new magnets or replaced pads on the base of each skater figure.
