The DEPT 56 “Christmas in the City” “64 CITY WEST PARKWAY” building is a festive addition to any holiday display. Made of porcelain and featuring a multicolor painted finish, this American-themed Christmas Village piece from Department 56 is part of the Christmas in the City collection. Manufactured in 2010, this retired collectible comes in its original packaging, making it a charming and nostalgic addition to any Christmas decor. This is a brand-new NRFB collector piece. The piece has never been removed from the box. I’ve had experience, as well as many of experienced collectors, in the past of taking a piece out of the Styrofoam and it was in there so tight that the Styrofoam either cracked or broke off. Dept56 Lenox China Shop. Christmas in the City Series # 56.59263. This piece is Brand New but i did remove the tape to inspect it. The Sleeve has some wrinkles and it appears something was spilled on the sleeve at the bottom. You can see what im talking about in photo.
