Building is complete with dog and boy figurine, lighted tree, roof top tree, bag of snow and front light. The lit tree will either need two batteries or an adapter to work. I tested it with both and it lit up brightly. You will need to provide your own power source. Really nice building take a look at the photos. The photos are from the exact item you will receive.

A Department 56 Collectible. Overall Good Condition – No chips or cracks – Scarf on Man was broken/reglued – Horse is not in the middle of the sleigh/it is off on the side (this was done at the factory)- Exceptionally clean – Complete Set. Has original light cord. Refer to photo’s for approximate dimensions. Original Sleeve and Styrofoam Box has normal shelf wear and tear and/or may have bent or crushed edges, yellowing or brown spots or fading from age.
