From Department 56’s Christmas In The City collection. All 4 buildings are identical and designed to complement the park facades using specific team names and colors. Do not handle by post; signs and pennants are fragile. Licensed by Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. Please take care to only handle by the solid porcelain sections of the building. Dealer’s display item from a glass-enclosed, display cabinet. The building is in perfect shape and the hang sign is included. Box / sleeve with expected shelf wear. Department 56 Christmas In The City Chicago Cubs Tavern With Original Box #59228. The Tavern Sign Detached but is included and can easily be reattached. This is a common problem with this Piece. The Flag Sign can be Replaced by Dept 56. No chips, Cracks or Repairs. The Tavern has the Major League Seal on the Bottom. The Box shows evidence of minor wear because of Storage and the Styrofoam is intact. This Piece was displayed once and then put away. I have Replaced the Original Light Cord with a Dept 56 Multi Light Cord and I have replaced all the bulbs with New Bulbs for this Listing. The included light cord has 6 light bulbs and can accommodate 6 Village Pieces with One Cord!!!! These are great for growing Villages. Smoke Free and Pet Free Home. Questions are Always Welcome.
