The product is a Department 56 Christmas In The City “Maxwell’s Blues Hall” building from 2012. This collectible ceramic and porcelain piece is part of the Christmas in the City collection and features a multicolor painted finish. It is designed as a Christmas village piece for adults, depicting a city theme in a box packaging. This original piece is a part of a larger set of holiday and seasonal collectibles, perfect for adding a festive touch to any Christmas display. This item was displayed and stored in a smoke free home. The sleeve and box are in very good condition. I have been collecting these items for over 25 years. We recently downsized, and I can no longer set up the elaborate display that I previously did.
Dept 56 Christmas in the City (XIC)’Grand Central Railway Station’ Building. Retired in December, 1999. Still in its original box and packaging, including the light cord. Hand-painted porcelain and ceramic craftsmanship.
In original box. A few notes. Missing the tree, all other pieces there including 2 skater pieces and 18 flags as seen in photos. The garland on the right (in the photos) needs a tiny bit of glue. It is adhered, but the very front has lifted. When you turn it on, you can hear the motor but the skaters don’t move. Please ask any questions!! Will be packed with TLC.
