The black pole on the Cubs sign is broken on the tip that inserts into the building. The Cubs sign can be glued onto the building and looks fine, but when it’s glued on the building, the building does not fit in the styrofoam box. So I left the sign unglued. Other than that, there is some paint wear on the Cubs sign. Box also has wear. Very cool building that lights up.
