This is the Dept 56 Christmas in the City Series “Flatiron Building” Item 59260. The wrap on the light cord was never undone before we took the pictures. This has the accessories of the metal roof insignia that is in a bag as well as some green garland type things that I believe were supposed to be applied to the building. They could be applied with small pieces of double sided tape but the tape on their now is no longer usable. The styrofoam box has about a 2.5 crack in one corner which will be secured with clear tape. This piece is VERY close to new in the box. We have a large collection of Dept 56 buildings, accessories and scenery. We will be listing them in the coming weeks. If Local Pick-up is offered it will be from Chesapeake, Va.
