Up for sale is this Dept 56 The Fox Theatre from the Christmas In The City Collection. Features A Wonderful Life Marquee. This was introduced in 2012. Now is retired and pretty hard to come by but heres your chance to get one! Comes with adapter and box as shown in pictures. Wreath is omiso de box in a little plastic bag. Please ask any questions if you have. Led lights work just fine as they should as shown in photos but no so the neon lights as they barely lit as shown in photos. Therefore the price keeping in mind how rare is this piece now. This theater came as shown in box with a Christmas carol movie posters and we added the a wonderful life movie ones over the other ones. Dept 56 Fox Theater With It’s A Wonderful Life Marquee Very Rare Collectors Item

For all you collectors that ave to have that MUST item, or that RARE item…. Its the Fox Theater, but with the exceptionally rare Its a Wonderful Life on the Marquee….. For those that dont know, back in 2012 when the Fox Theater was a new piece being introduced…. It lights up the neon and a bulb for the interior. The bulb suddenly quit working but the neon will just fine. I attempted several new bulbs to no avail , so I will include a separate light cord (both will fit). Here is a link. There is a black spot on the neon. It is on the outside I did scrub it and was able to remove some of the black. WOW LIFE IS FULL OF UNEXPECTED CHANGES AND MY LOSS IS YOUR GAIN.
