WHAT YOU SEE PICTURED IS WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE. NIB HAVE BEEN OPENED TO INSPECT CONDITION. I HAVE OVER 2500 PCS OF DEPT 56 SO CHECK BACK OFTEN FOR MORE LISTINGS. SOME OF MY BUILDINGS NO LONGER HAVE INDIVIDUAL LIGHTS BECAUSE I WENT TO MULTI LIGHT STRANDS. DOESN’T MEAN THERE IS ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE BUILDING. THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN MY ITEMS. Department 56 Christmas in the City Series Victoria’s Doll House in original box and comes with the light as shown in the photo. Good used condition, does have a few cracks as shown in the photos. Dept 56 Christmas in the City Jamison Art Center #59261 Box & Light No Sign 2006 Collector’s Edition. Piece is in excellent condition – no damage. The sign “insert” for the side wall is missing. Includes light cord and original box and foam. Box (paper sleeve) has some wear but is in overall very good condition. Foam has a piece broken off and missing on the side near where your hand would lift the lid off. Foam lid is intact. Limited Edition – #6,428 out of 9,000.
