For sale is a Department 56 Flatiron Building from the “Christmas in the City” series. This is the retired No. 56.59260, manufactured in 2006. The 14 tall porcelain building is in wonderful condition and comes with the double light fixture (working) and the statue fixture you affix to the top of the building. The styro packaging and sleeve are in good condition; I see a couple of tiny tears on the cardboard sleeve. I want both us to come out winners here.
