Dept 56, Christmas In The City, CATHEDRAL OF ST. PAUL (Patina Dome Edition). Only removed from box for pictures. Please look at the pictures as they are a part of the items description. I assure you the power chord is included and still in original packaging. It is shown in picture # 2 in the styrofoam in the upper left corner. Box does have small tear to left side from me removing contents from box for pictures. Due to the price of the item, a signature will be required as well. 2001 CATHEDRAL OF SAINT PAUL (Christmas In the City), READ

Item: CATHEDRAL OF SAINT PAUL. Village: Christmas in the City. Note: Part of Historical Landmark series. Item condition: The round stain glass window on the left side (see photo #5) is missing. I do not know what happened. It should be like the window on the right side (see photo #3). To fit it one could cut out a round translucent piece of material and glue it. Or you could leave it alone. You can display the building so you can’t even see the left side. I bought this building new and never noticed it was missing the window. There is nothing wrong with it except the window is missing. No chips or cracks. Basically it is perfect except the window is missing. Good deal for someone. Styrofoam box: Great shape. Sleeve condition: Shelf wear, One 2 tear on upper right hand corner (see photo #7). My photos might be a little fuzzy since I have a hard time holding the camera. Check out my other auctions. This is a 25 years of tradition Anniversary Event Edition Piece. The Cathedral Of Saint Paul has been a familiar silhouette, dominating the St Paul, Minnesota skyline since the early 20th century. After yrs of Minnesota winters, this landmark, based on St Peter’s in Rome, is about to undergo a massive restoration, including replacement of the 87 year old copper dome. This piece has the extremely limited edition COPPER DOME/roof; not the green roof edition. When lit, the stained glass window is beautiful. No Chips or Cracks or Marks. Outer Sleeve has some wear.
