Dept. 56 Christmas In The City Cafe Tazio Anywhere Lighting Read Coffee House
56 Christmas In The City “Caffe’ Tazio ” #56.59253. It is in very good displayed condition. It comes with anywhere lighting. I have found no chips or cracks. The previous owner broke the back lamp over the door in the back of the building, he told me when he was putting it away for the season and forgot about it. He bought a silver replacement one that looks great with it. The broken one is included, if you have a steady hand you could repair it. A regular light cord collar is included but a light cord is NOT, Dept. 56 didn’t include one with it. The detail is great. It measures 9 inches high x 5 1/2 inches long x 4 1/2 inches wide. It is a great for display in your village. Every village needs a coffee shop. It has been stored in a smoke free home. The sleeve is clean. Check out my other auctions for more great Dept. 56 and other items. Pa residents are charged 6 % Pa. I will do all I can to resolve any issue as I may have missed something in my description but never intentionally.

Hotel is in excellent pre-owned condition. Original box and original styrofoam packing shows some shelf wear (scraps, wrinkles and scuffs). READ: the power cord has the required aux connection to ensure the star is illuminated however, the cord has been melted by a nearby candle (oops) – cord and light works as it should. The two flags and pole are loose but included and could easily be glued on. Other than that, it’s in excellent condition. No chips or cracks. Lights included and has been tested and works. This is a rare Dept 56 Christmas In The City series display. It is used, so be sure to look at the pictures for the exact condition. Everything works and looks great, but the little bear does have a broken arm. It’s so hard to see that I doubt you’ll even notice it, but it is there. This is a great deal on a beautiful piece. A lot of people use these to set up towns for all sorts of things, especially trains. It is in the original box with original packaging.

Dept 56 Christmas in City Series Radio City Music Hall Ceramic House READ. The green garland has a bit of discoloration. A few of the lights on the right hand side of the building do not light up as shown in the picture above. The bottom has some sort of material glued to it. NO CHIPS NO CRACKS.

Piano is broken off and needs fixing there might be not all broken pieces there or all of the rope. House shows wear and is chipped. The styrofoam does not have the lid!
