Beautiful porcelain light up village house. With a 3-D interior showroom scene featuring a. New Harley Motorcycle for sale. Please note: The sides of the box in the photos. Are not discolored, it’s just my reflection. READ CONDITION NOTES BELOW. I typically don’t use stock photos but since this has never. Been removed from the box I used a stock photo. For the 1st photo, all other photos are of the actual. Item you will receive. CONDITION : Harley-Davison City Dealership is Brand new in damaged packaging. The outer cardboard sleeve is ripped on one side and missing a piece of the outer cardboard. The Styrofoam on the top and bottom are a little dirty from being in storage. The edges of the inner Styrofoam are starting to flake (see photo 12). That being said, the house itself is brand new and has never been removed from the packaging – See photos. PLEASE NOTE: Any white spots, circles or streaks that may appear in photos are simply reflections from my light and not on the actual item – if you are unsure and need clarification please message me. Pictures are of the actual item you will receive, with the exception of the first photo which is stock. 56 Christmas In The City “Jambalaya Cafe” 56.59265 Flaw Read 2006 See Pics. Unfortunately whoever originally owned this, i suspect, used the faux wrought iron rail to pull the cafe out of styrofoam and broke off the corner railing on 3rd floor. I was able to reattach the piece that i found with it but there is still 2 small pieces that were not there. Other than that rail, everything else is in excellent condition. The little cafe sign is still in original wrapper and has never been put into holder. There is no outer box only the styrofoam it sets in for storage. I show in last couple of pics, where the railing is off. I also show the damaged styrofoam. I have noticed this is where this particular item gets damaged often. There isnt an easy way to remove it from packing and people end up pulling on the rails.

This was a LARGE collection of Department 56. Christmas in the City series, North Pole series, Northwood series, and more!! I’m not sure if it was a dealer close out or a personal collection, but many of these items have all the original packaging so may be NEW or were used for display purposes in the store. IF there are any issues with items, those details will be noted in each listing. Many RARE or Hard to Find buildings and accessories!! This is your opportunity to add pieces to your collection! This listing: Paramount Hotel #58911. Flashing color-changing lights on fourth floor. Note: sleeve does have a bit of damage from storage. The original bulb was burned out so I replaced with a clear nightlight bulb. The star at the top does not illuminate and I’m not sure if it is all there. The little wires do fit down into building. One of the sisal evergreen trees needs to be glued on again. This was a well-loved piece. I did some light cleaning. May need additional dusting. No other flaws detected! At least on our end!

Condition is “Pre-owned”, 2 blue flags are missing for roof, path worn from skaters, 1 spire broken on roof and bronze paint has bubbles and slight flaking, comes in original Styrofoam and sleeve, both have some shelf wear.
