WHAT YOU SEE PICTURED IS WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE. NIB HAVE BEEN OPENED TO INSPECT CONDITION. I HAVE OVER 2500 PCS OF DEPT 56 SO CHECK BACK OFTEN FOR MORE LISTINGS. SOME OF MY BUILDINGS NO LONGER HAVE INDIVIDUAL LIGHTS BECAUSE I WENT TO MULTI LIGHT STRANDS. DOESN’T MEAN THERE IS ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE BUILDING. THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN MY ITEMS. The Box and Styrofoam Insert are also in Great condition – with minimal shelf wear but box does have a torn piece missing on back of box (see pics). This Department 56 Christmas in the City Ferrara Bakery & Cafe is a wonderful addition to your Christmas village collection. The cafe features an illuminated design – I did not unpack the piece to demonstrate but you can see from the photo that the light works. You will receive the exact item in the photos which is the Christmas in the City Series Woolworth’s store in the original box and packaging. Power cord and lightbulb are included and in working condition as you can see in the photo(s). Outer packaging shows appropriate signs of wear but is entirely intact. 56 Christmas In The City Series #4023514 “City Park Carriage House “. It is in excellent condition. I have found no chips or cracks. It is a three piece set. The building measures 8 inches high x 6 1/2 inches long x 7 inches wide. It comes with it’s light cord and sign for building. Also included is the man with the carriage horse and sign for carriage rides. Please check out the pictures! It has been stored in a smoke free home. The paper sleeve is clean it does have some light wear from storage. Check out my other auctions for more great Dept. 56 and other items! Residents are charged Pa. I will do all I can to resolve any issue. I try to give a very accurate description but sometime I miss or forget to mention something but never intentionally.
