56 Christmas In The City Series #4030353 I Promise I’ll Take Care Of Them. It is in mint condition. I opened the sealed box to examine and take pictures. I have found no chips or cracks. 2 inches high x 2 1/2 inches long x 1 1/4 inches wide. It is a very scarce piece. It is a really cute piece. It is a great piece, that would look great in your village display. Please check out the pictures! It has been stored in a smoke free home. The paper sleeve is clean. 56 Christmas In The City Series #4023514 “City Park Carriage House “. It is in excellent condition. I have found no chips or cracks. It is a three piece set. The building measures 8 inches high x 6 1/2 inches long x 7 inches wide. It comes with it’s light cord and sign for building. Also included is the man with the carriage horse and sign for carriage rides. Please check out the pictures! It has been stored in a smoke free home. This is a replica of Architect’s and Engineer’s Building where D56 was located in Minneapolis, MN. It has a special event stamp and was only issued for Dept 56’s silver anniversary celebration. It has interior scenes depicting their products. Size: 9 x 6 x 8 Mint condition piece in original box & sleeve.
