The Cathedral of St. Nicholas was originally released to commemorate the 30th Anniversary of Department 56 as a company, in 2006. Our production facilities completed the entire annual order quantity, but the decision was made to hold back the final 3,500 cathedrals produced. This final round of production was stored at the factory for a future very limited re-release. Now, in honor of the 30th Anniversary of the Christmas In The City brand, we are re-releasing these remaining pieces to celebrate this anniversary. 6.75x 10.25 x 14H Made of porcelain For this very unique re-release, Tom Bates will sign and number each piece personally! There is also a special sleeve that will clearly indicate that 2017 is the 30th Anniversary of Christmas in the City.
