Dimensions: 7.75″ x 7.75j” x 9.5″ tall, plus another 1.5″ or so more for the spire. No chips or cracks. All original packaging materials included. There is some light box wear from storage, with the only item of note the corner as shown in the last photo having some smooshing. Lights and switch work, and no damage. NOTE: Previous owner used a small remote controlled LED candle to light it up instead of the light cord. I’ve been unable to get it out but unless you plan to shake it around, it won’t be an issue. Up for sale is a Dept 56 Christmas in the City series, Cathedral of St. Nicholas, 30th Anniversary Special Edition, #59248. This cathedral was only issued in 2005 / 2006. It is overall excellent condition in the original box with the original light cord. Note – the fencing on the top of the roof has been repaired although it is difficult to detect – see last photo. This was a special release commemorating the 25th Anniversary of Department 56. Includes original wiring and bulbs. 11 1/4 inches high, 11 inches long, and 8 inches wide.
