Expand your Christmas village with this charming vintage Dept 56 “Zoological Garden” building! This delightful piece depicts a wintery zoo scene with polar bears and monkeys, adding a touch of wildlife to your holiday display. Released in 2001, this item is now retired and no longer in production. Measuring 11 ½” wide and 6″ tall, this detailed building is in very good condition and comes with its original box. Please note that this piece is quite heavy. Minor imperfection of the lamppost (pictured). This house/building is in very good condition in the original box. No cracks or indication of misuse or abuse. I have LOTS of other Dept 56 Village decorative items in my inventory.
